NonePOSITION SUMMARY
The Pump Integration Technician supports the installation, assembly, inspection, and basic testing of pump systems used in power generation and industrial equipment packages. This is an entry level role focused on learning pump components, integration processes, and safety fundamentals while assisting experienced technicians with hands on tasks. The technician will perform basic mechanical and instrumentation duties as directed and help ensure pump systems meet quality and operational requirements.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
(The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word "may") Assist with the installation and assembly of pumps, motors, couplings, valves, and related hardware. Help prepare pump systems for integration, including mounting components, routing hoses, and basic alignment tasks. Support senior technicians in testing and verifying basic system functions such as flow direction, pressure readings, and connection integrity. Perform simple mechanical tasks such as bolting, torquing, cleaning components, and preparing assemblies. Conduct basic inspections of pump components for damage, cleanliness, and proper fit. Record test results, inspection findings, and work performed on standardized forms. Notify senior technicians or leads of any abnormalities or issues. Learn pump fundamentals including terminology, pump types, safety requirements, and mechanical principles. Train on reading basic P&IDs, mechanical drawings, and work instructions. Develop competency with hand tools, torque tools, and measuring instruments. Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements and lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols. Maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure safe operations. Assist in identifying quality concerns and report issues to the Lead or Senior Technician. Perform other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship. Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Successfully passes all applicable general pre-employment testing including but not limited to: background check, pre-employment drug screening, pre-employment fit tests, pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s) including pre employment Pulmonary Function Test (PFT.) Daily overtime required and in person, predictable attendance in Ponca City, OK. Valid U.S. Driver's License required. Most employment is contingent upon meeting company driving standards, including 3 year U.S. driving history and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy .EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL U.S.
High school diploma or GED required. Trade school training or associate degree in electronics, instrumentation and control, electrical technical training, electrician training, electrical engineering technology or related field, or equivalent experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude required; prior mechanical, pump, or industrial experience preferred but not required.QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND ABILITIES
Basic understanding of mechanical principles (torque, alignment, fasteners, rotating equipment). Ability to use hand tools, basic measuring tools, and torque wrenches. Willingness to learn pump operation, hydraulics, and system integration. Ability to read basic diagrams, labels, and work instructions (training provided). Excellent speaking, writing, and listening skills. Proven ability to work in a fast paced and high demand environment. Knowledge and experience with ERP systems in Discrete Manufacturing; preferably with Made2Manage ERP. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), with emphasis on Excel as it is used heavily for data analysis and reporting. Must be able to work under timeline constraints. Possess the ability to effectively communicate and convey information and collaborate with teammates.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

Given these conditions employees may be required to wear company mandated and issued personal protective equipment (PPE) and must strictly adhere to all safety policies.
