Job Description
GRS Recruiting has partnered with a Fluid Handling Distributor in their search for a Pump Technician in Northern Ohio. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving mechanical problems, and helping customers keep critical equipment running, this could be an excellent opportunity. This position focuses on the repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing of pumps and related fluid handling equipment. No overnight travel is required. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain pumps and fluid handling equipment Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance Disassemble, repair, and reassemble mechanical equipment Test equipment to ensure proper operation and performance Document service work and communicate findings with customers and internal teams Maintain a safe and organized work environment Assist customers with technical questions and equipment recommendations as needed Requirements Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills Experience working with pumps, rotating equipment, fluid handling systems, or industrial machinery preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to lift equipment and work in an industrial environment Valid driver's license Why Join This Company?
