Our Haltom City shop is our dedicated Pump and High Power facility, and our mechanics are the reason customers in the DFW area, across Texas, and beyond trust us to get their equipment back in service fast. As a Pump Shop Mechanic, you will inspect, diagnose, disassemble, repair, assemble, and test hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, and related components, following manufacturer specifications and shop procedures to deliver quality repairs every time. What You'll Do Inspection, Diagnosis and Repair Inspect, diagnose, disassemble, repair, assemble, and test hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, and related hydraulic components. Follow manufacturer specifications and shop procedures to ensure every repair meets quality standards. Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments accurately throughout the repair process. Operate a forklift to safely move equipment and components within the shop. Quality and Safety Maintain strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship on every job. Demonstrate patience and thoroughness, especially on complex or high-pressure hydraulic components. Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with all shop safety standards. Work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively as part of the shop team.
What We're Looking For Must Have:
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. Forklift experience. Must supply and maintain your own hand tools necessary to perform job responsibilities. Ability to safely lift and move components and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Nice to

Knowledge of hydraulic systems, fluid power principles, and industrial repair practices. Prior experience with hydraulic pump, motor, or cylinder teardown and rebuild. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
