Job Description

Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour | 7a-5p M-F, Overtime paid at 1.5x as required. Job Overview We are seeking the right person to start their career in the oil and gas rental industry as a Level 1 Technician for a fast-growing specialty equipment rental company in Midland, TX. The right candidate for this position is someone who is eager and willing to learn and grow into a Level 2 and 3 Technician. Skills Ability to perform preventative maintenance on diesel driven pumps and other various rental equipment. Prior experience is preferred but not required. General understanding of diesel driven engines and centrifugal pumps. Ability to work long hours and in inclement weather at times. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills Technician will work with the Service Lead, team members, and customers daily. Organized and Detail Oriented Can work with a sense of urgency. Works well with minimal management and supervision. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficient in filling out daily paperwork as required. The ability to learn various engine and pump components. Responsibilities Field Preventative Maintenance; Shop Maintenance; Driving; Completing Work Orders; Assisting as needed at the branch and in the field. Requirements Can pass background check and drug screening. Clean driving record.
