[you must live in Midland/Odessa/Monahans/BigSpring/Stanton/Andrews for us to hire you] Transferring water from Frac Pit to Frac Location. Operating/Monitoring a high volume water pump throughout the Frac stages. Monitoring the levels of Frac tanks, making sure we keep up with the volume being pulled from the tanks. Staying awake/aware during the job. Employees usually work in pairs,12 hour shifts. Employees are paid for drive time. New highers will have a company vehicle and company phone.
