SUMMARY Join a critical behind-the-scenes team that helps keep patients safe every day. As an IV Pump Sanitization Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring IV pumps are thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and ready for use across the hospital. Your work directly supports infection prevention and quality patient care.
JOB DUTIES
Sanitize and Protect
  • Thoroughly clean and disinfect IV pumps
  • inside and out
  • using hospital approved processes to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe patient environment. Locate and Retrieve
  • Walk throughout multiple hospital departments to locate, collect, and transport used or idle IV pumps back to the cleaning station. Inspect for Quality
  • Perform basic visual checks to identify damage or irregularities and ensure equipment meets safety standards. Support Patient Care
  • Restock and return sanitized IV pumps to designated hospital units so clinical staff have the equipment they need
  • when they need it.
REQUIREMENTS
1st shift: Monday thru Friday 8am-330pm (36 hours per week)
Pay Rate:
$17/hr Previous cleaning, EVS, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks Comfortable walking/standing for extended periods Team player with a sense of responsibility and urgency
