Every cleaned pump helps reduce infection risk and ensures patients receive safe, uninterrupted care. Your work is essential- even if it's behind the scenes.
JOB DUTIES
Sanitize and Protect- Thoroughly clean and disinfect IV pumps
- inside and out
- using hospital approved processes to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe patient environment. Locate and Retrieve
- Walk throughout multiple hospital departments to locate, collect, and transport used or idle IV pumps back to the cleaning station. Inspect for Quality
- Perform basic visual checks to identify damage or irregularities and ensure equipment meets safety standards. Support Patient Care
- Restock and return sanitized IV pumps to designated hospital units so clinical staff have the equipment they need
- when they need it.
