Technical Service Coordinator 2

Job Description

•  Communicates professionally with customers, managers, and sales engineers to coordinate equipment deliveries, pick-ups, and service calls.
•  Assists with the setup and installation of rented equipment and ensures proper documentation is completed.
•  Provides training to authorized operators and/or customers on the safe and effective use of rental equipment.
•  Ensures all paperwork is accurately completed, including tracking serial numbers and customer signatures.
•  Troubleshoots equipment issues and demonstrates a strong understanding of the operation, specifications, and controls of rental units.
•  Inspects, cleans, and tests returned equipment to ensure proper function and appearance.
•  Assists with installation of flexible gas hoses for propane and natural gas applications, following safe procedures for checking gas connections.
•  Collaborates with managers and sales engineers to maintain accurate inventory records and equipment tracking.
•  Participates in on-call rotation for emergency service support, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
