Now Hiring:
Experienced Stump Grinder Operator/ dirt work / excavation / forestry mulching- Stump N Grind (Fitchburg, MA) Stump N Grind is a small, high-quality stump grinding business based in Fitchburg, MA, serving most of Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. We take pride in our top tier equipment, excellent customer service, and consistent, professional results. We're looking for a reliable and skilled Stump Grinding Operator to join our team.
What You'll Do:
Operate stump grinders, full size skid steers and excavator to remove stumps and clean up debris Seed and hand rake finish after grading with fill/loam Drive and back up a large truck and trailer to and from job sites Maintain equipment and perform light mechanical work as needed Deliver professional service and respect at every job site
Requirements:
Experience with stump grinding or similar landscape equipment Experience with skid loaders and mini excavators Mechanically inclined and able to perform basic maintenance Must have a valid driver's license and be confident driving/backing a truck and trailer Strong work ethic and attention to detail DOT medical card
Preferably CDL A What We Offer:
