Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate rigging equipment to lift, move, and position heavy materials Inspect and maintain rigging gear, including slings, chains, and hoists Signal or direct crane operators during lifting operations Ensure loads are properly secured and balanced before movement Follow all safety regulations and job site procedures Work closely with team members to complete lifts efficiently and safely

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Rigger is required Must have reliable transportation Valid drivers license required Ability to commute to and from the job site daily Strong knowledge of rigging techniques and safety standards Ability to work in physically demanding environments
