Boat Rigger

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Boat Rigger to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of rigging systems on a variety of boats. Your expertise will ensure that vessels are properly equipped for safe operation and optimal performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse marine equipment, utilize your mechanical and electrical skills, and contribute to delivering exceptional service to our customers. A strong background in rigging, mechanical knowledge, and experience with service technicians is essential for success in this energetic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and assembly instructions to ensure precise installation Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, soldering equipment, welding tools, and heavy lifting techniques to complete tasks efficiently Conduct electrical troubleshooting using ohmmeters and other precision measuring instruments to diagnose issues Ensure all safety protocols are followed during installation and repair processesExperience Proven experience with a strong background in electrical systems Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and assembly instructions specific to marine Hands-on experience with rigging Ability to read a tape measure is a must Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and precision measuring instruments for accurate work Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values craftsmanship, safety, and innovation. Pay:

$15.00 - $35.00 per hour
