Job Description
Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Holiday Decorator and bring festive magic to life! In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining stunning holiday decorations that captivate and delight. Your creativity and attention to detail will help transform spaces in all Disney Parks, Resorts, and Disney Cruise Line locations creating memorable experiences for our customers and communities. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your artistic talents while working in a fast-paced, energetic environment dedicated to spreading holiday cheer. Responsibilities Install decorations safely and efficiently across various locations, ensuring all elements meet quality standards and safety regulations. Conduct quality checks on finished installations, adjusting lighting design and color schemes based on color theory principles for optimal visual impact. Minimum 40 hours a week from September up to February. Expect working night shift for a few weeks in the Parks and Resorts locally or be chosen to travel and decorate the Disney Cruise Line Locations and 9 Cruise Ships all expenses paid. Temporary positions can result in select Full Time opportunities within the Walt Disney Company at anytime. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Comfortable working off of ladders Ability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and third shift assignments Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Able to travel Florida Driver License Embark on a creative journey that transforms ordinary spaces into extraordinary holiday spectacles!
