In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently rigging new boats. Ensure that all operations are carried out with precision, adhering to safety standards and project timelines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of equipment and contributing to top quality builds. Duties Set up, inspect, and install gear Coordinate with site managers to ensure smooth workflow Rig, secure, lift and install materials Handle materials safely during loading, unloading, and install processes Assist in the assembly and disassembly of structures as needed for projects Conduct regular inspections of equipment Maintain detailed records of builds Custom work as needed Experience Experience helpful working with electronics, measurements, etc Knowledge related to rigging techniques and materials handling procedures Demonstrated ability to operate tools Ability to adapt to new tasks as needed Join our team to be part of a great environment where hard work meets innovation!
