Job Description

Are you ready to build a solid career in the heavy lifting and rigging industry? We are seeking a reliable, motivated Rigger to join our field operations team. If you have a foundational understanding of rigging, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to travel and learn from the best in the business, we want to hear from you. This position involves travel to various project sites, offering great experience and room for rapid career growth.
Key Responsibilities Rigging & Hooking:
Safely attach loads to cranes using slings, shackles, cables, and hooks based on weight and balance.
Signal Operations:
Give clear, precise hand signals or radio commands to crane operators to guide loads safely.
Site Preparation:
Assist with setting up crane cribbing, outriggers, and clearing the lifting path.
Team Collaboration:
Take direction closely from Crane Operators and Rigging Foremen to ensure 100% safe execution.
Maintenance:
Inspect rigging gear before use and report any wear or damage.
What We Are Looking For Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction, labor, or rigging environments.
Knowledge:
Basic understanding of cranes and rigging equipment.
Travel Flexibility:
Must be willing and able to travel to various job sites.
Coachability:
A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and take direction in a fast-paced environment.
Reliability:
Dependable transportation to get to the shop or designated meeting points on time.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift heavy objects, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and work at heights if required. Preferred Qualifications (A Plus, But Not Required) NCCCO (NCCO) Rigger certification is a major plus. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
