Job Description

About Us:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Equipment Operator to join our team. Our company operates with a fleet of CAT machines and specializes in a variety of snow removal projects. We are looking for someone who is experienced, safety-conscious, and comfortable working with smartphones for job communication and time keeping. Applicant will be responsible for one job location and will have to log services with photos.
Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment (CAT machinery) including loaders, skids, and other specialized equipment. Utilize smartphones or mobile devices for work orders, time tracking, and project communication. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal operation. Follow safety guidelines and procedures, adhering to OSHA regulations. Be available for long hours, including snowstorms and emergency shifts. Work independently and collaboratively in various weather conditions.
