As a Rigger, you'll play a critical role in major projects—from wind farms to heavy haul operations—while building a long-term career with real growth opportunities. What You'll Do This role offers hands-on experience across multiple disciplines with long-term growth opportunities.
In this role you will:

What You Bring Required:
Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills Willingness to work in a hands-on, outdoor environment Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work Flexibility to work varying schedules, travel, and overtime
Preferred:
Experience in rigging, construction, farmhand, or heavy equipment CDL Class A (or ability to obtain) Rigger certification or TWIC card
Additional Expectations:
Ability to work day/night shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed Willingness to travel occasionally for field work Work Environment 40-50+ hours per week with overtime potential Travel-heavy role supporting job sites as needed Outdoor, industrial, and physically active work PURPOSE
