Ironworker, Welder, and Rigger

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Ironworker/Welder to join our team. This role requires expertise in reading blueprints, welding, and working at heights. Ironworkers will work closely with other construction professionals (namely, their appointed Crew Leader) to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to specifications.

Work Environment:

Work is performed primarily outdoors in various weather conditions. Requires working at heights, in confined spaces, and around heavy machinery. You will be subject to various noise, and hot work. Must adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines according to jobsite standards and OSHA. You will be traveling most of the time, with location varying by project. Work hours vary depending on schedule, but there are ample opportunities to work overtime if desired. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to understand project requirements. Erect, assemble, and install metal structures, beams, and columns. Weld and cut metal components to shape and fit according to blueprints and specifications using torches, welding machines, and other tools. Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensure the safety of all team members on-site. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Inspect completed work for accuracy, alignment, and structural integrity. Load, unload, and move materials to appropriate locations on the job site. Qualifications OSHA 10hr CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred) 3G & 4G Certified (preferred) Good work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to learn in a high-stress environment. Ability to work at heights, lift heavy materials, and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. A valid driver's license/Real ID High school diploma or equivalent.
