Job Description

Now Hiring:
Crane Riggers Join a company that values safety, teamwork, and skill. As a Crane Rigger, you'll play a critical role in safely lifting and moving heavy equipment and materials in the oil field, manufacturing plants, and on construction projects.
What You'll Do:
Assemble and set up rigging using cables, ropes, pulleys, winches, blocks, and sheaves. Secure loads with hooks, chains, slings, or other devices for safe lifting. Guide crane operators with hand signals or radio during lifts and placement. Inspect rigging for safety and reliability, ensuring all tags are current. Dismantle, account for, and properly store rigging equipment after jobs. Maintain equipment and vehicles, performing basic maintenance and repairs. Uphold company safety standards at all times.
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift, push, or pull up to 80 lbs. Strong stamina and endurance to work physically over long periods. Ability to maintain balance and stability in challenging conditions. Manual dexterity for quick, precise hand movements.
