Crane Crew Assistant Starting Pay:
$25.00 per hour Benefits After a 90-day probationary period, employees become eligible for: Company-paid health insurance for employee and dependent family members Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan with company matching Six (6) paid holidays per year Company-paid rigging certification training Position Overview NW Crane Service is seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our crane crew as a Crane Rigger / Crane Crew Assistant . This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the crane and heavy construction industry. No previous certifications or CDL are required. We strongly encourage professional growth and advancement within the company. Job Responsibilities Assist crane riggers with crane setup and teardown at various job sites Rig loads safely and efficiently for crane operations Provide hand signals and communication to crane operators during lifts Assist with moving and organizing rigging equipment Follow all company safety policies and job site requirements Work as part of a team to complete lifting operations safely and efficiently Perform general labor duties related to crane operations as needed Qualifications No CDL required No prior rigging certifications required Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a team environment Construction or heavy equipment experience is a plus but not required Strict drug and alcohol free environment Training & Advancement The company will pay for employees to obtain their rigging certification.
