Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to assist in the assembly and maintenance of boats. This role involves performing daily operational tasks, troubleshooting issues during the build process, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will work independently and collaboratively, adapt well to a fast-paced setting, and communicate effectively with Customer Support regarding project progress. You must have the ability to follow instructions, uphold professionalism, and contribute positively to the team.

Requirements:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in developing, measuring, and meeting/exceeding standards and timetables for each task. Perform maintenance duties and tasks related to the daily functional needs of the job. Communicate progress and schedule updates to Customer Support. Request supplies, equipment, and materials necessary to complete projects and help maintain inventory. Perform basic troubleshooting during the boat-building process. Follow safety practices and report concerns as necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work area and shop environment. Perform additional duties as assigned.
