Crane Operators and Riggers

We are hiring experienced Crane Operators and Riggers who know how to work hard, lift safely, and get the job done right. If you have real experience with mobile hydraulic cranes from 50-ton to 300-ton, and you're comfortable in taxi crane, oil and gas, and industrial environments, we want to hear from you. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for dependable people who can show up, work safely, communicate with the crew, and perform in the field without needing to be babysat.

What You'll Be Doing:

Operating mobile hydraulic cranes from 50-ton to 300-ton capacity Performing safe crane setup, breakdown, and lift execution Handling taxi crane service calls, oil and gas work, and industrial projects Reading load charts and understanding lift requirements Inspecting equipment and rigging before use Performing rigging, signaling, and ground support as needed Working with crews to complete lifts safely, efficiently, and professionally Following company procedures, OSHA regulations, and jobsite safety standards

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience operating cranes and/or performing rigging work Strong knowledge of safe rigging practices and lift execution Experience with mobile hydraulic cranes in the 50T-300T range Ability to work in fast-paced field environments Good attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability Ability to show up on time and be ready to work Class A CDL preferred NCCCO certification preferred Oil and gas and industrial experience is a major plus
