A MajorOpportunity--Looking for a small, but forward thinking architect firm todevelop a new ADU/Pod product line fromconcept thru CDs/Permit sets. This linewill be based on Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) and employ advancedbuilding technologies where feasible. Once complete, there is second opportunity for an on-going collaborativerelationship to finalize and stamp designs as each project ADU/Pod is sold to acustomer. Ideal candidates will belocated within a few hours of the Washington DC metro plex and hold a Virginialicense. Boone MasterBuilders are based in Gainesville, VA. We are developing a full line of backyard pods and ADUs that useadvanced construction technology and methods to provide a higher qualityproduct, at a fixed price and in a shorter time than traditional 2x4 basedconstruction.
