What You'll Do Rig, lift, and set mission-critical equipment (CRAH units, skids, electrical gear, piping systems, etc.) Operate forklifts, telehandlers, and other lifting equipment safely and efficiently Read and interpret rigging plans, lift plans, and installation drawings Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and structural teams to execute installs Ensure all loads are properly secured, balanced, and moved without incident Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas at all times What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude —you understand how things go together and move Proven experience with rigging, lifting, and material handling Forklift experience required (certification preferred) Ability to work with cranes, hoists, chains, slings, and rigging hardware Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and working in active industrial environments Team player with a zero-excuse mindset —you solve problems, not create them Non-Negotiables Safety is #1 at BMC.
