Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Assembly Technician, where your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will contribute to creating high-quality products in a fast-paced factory environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative team dedicated to excellence in manufacturing. You will be responsible for assembling components accurately and efficiently, ensuring that production standards are met while maintaining safety and quality protocols. Responsibilities Follows company policies, safety regulations, and procedures. Follow work procedures to meet our production schedules. Follow instructions of production methods, equipment use, and maintain quality of product. Perform a variety of assembly operations involving the application of plastic connectors and hardware on wire harnesses and/or battery cables. Application of heat shrink sleeves on wire harnesses and/or battery cables. Coiling of individual or multiple wires to form a certain company and/or customer specified dimension. Soldering of terminals and wire according to custmer specifications. Application of nylon braiding on wire harnesses and/or battery cables. Cutting of sleeves and tubing per customer specifications. Cutting up and disposing of scrap wire and terminals.
Education and Professional Requirements:
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Technical Requirements:

Pay:
$15.00 per hour
