Construction Laborer for Roofing

Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to support our residential roofing crew. This role is primarily focused on roof tear-offs and assisting shinglers during installation. The ideal candidate is physically capable, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior roofing or construction experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Perform tear-off and removal of existing shingle roofs Assist shinglers with installation of residential roofing systems Carry, load, and distribute roofing materials on-site (heavy lifting required) Support the crew with tools, materials, and site preparation Assist with flashing, sealing, and general roofing tasks as directed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Experience Previous roofing or construction experience is preferred Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work Basic knowledge of tools and construction practices is a plus Strong work ethic and willingness to learn This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience and grow within the roofing trade.
