Gibson Roofing is offering an experienced roofer the opportunity to showcase their experience in various types of roofing projects; including installation, repair, and restoration of residential, metal, and commercial roofing. This position is perfect for motivated individuals looking to advance in the trade and contribute to the continued growth in a company offering high-quality roofing solutions. Two (2) or more years of prior roofing experience is required. Compensation is dependent on experience. Duties Perform as a skilled roofer in installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems. Support the leadership and preparation of roofing projects, materials and equipment. Position includes heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, metal panels, or membrane systems. Lead in ensuring safety protocols by maintaining a clean work environment and adhering to OSHA standards. Qualifications Must have a solid understanding and skill set related to roofing installation and roofing systems. Must be physically capable of heavy lifting and working at heights on roofs. Strong understanding of construction principles as it relates to roofing. Ability to work unsupervised and offer support to company leadership. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Reliable transportation to job sites; punctuality is key for efficiency and productivity.
