Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Roofer and become a vital part of creating durable, high-quality roofing solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential to commercial buildings, utilizing your roofing expertise and construction skills. As a Roofer, you'll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs with precision and efficiency, ensuring safety and quality standards are met at every step. Responsibilities Install new roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and roofing materials according to project specifications and blueprints. Repair and replace damaged or aging roofs, ensuring weatherproofing and longevity. Read schematics, blueprints, and roofing plans to accurately execute installation or repair tasks. Perform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, metal panels, or concrete tiles safely and efficiently. Conduct inspections on completed work to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations. Utilize fabrication skills for custom flashing, trim carpentry, or metal work as needed for specialized roofing projects. Assist in restoration projects involving stucco, masonry, or other exterior finishes to complement roofing work. Experience Proven construction site experience with a focus on roofing projects. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and other relevant equipment. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings related to roofing systems. Familiarity with construction estimating processes for material procurement and project planning. Experience in related trades such as carpentry (including trim carpentry and frame carpentry), masonry, plumbing, welding, or remodeling is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently across various job sites. .
