Duties Assist skilled roofers in installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems using hand tools and power tools. Support the preparation and proper handling of roofing materials and equipment. Position includes heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, metal panels, or membrane systems and surface preparation tasks such as shingle removal. Contribute to safety protocols by maintaining a clean work environment and adhering to OSHA standards. Qualifications Must be physically capable of heavy lifting and working at heights on roofs. Basic understanding of construction principles or previous experience on construction sites is a plus but not required. Ability to follow simple instructions and willingness to learn essential skills. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Reliable transportation to job sites; punctuality is key for efficiency and productivity.
