Job Description
Overview Garage Force of Central Arkansas installs high-quality concrete floor coatings (polyurea / polyaspartic) and custom storage solutions in residential and light commercial settings. We're growing fast and need a skilled Installer. We work in approximately a 60mile radius around the Greater Little Rock area. We often work one day in Conway and the next in Hot Springs Village. Meetup in Jacksonville, Cabot, or the job site are the typical morning dispatch locations. Your direct supervisor is the Crew Leader whom you will meet during the interview process. Our culture

- Be part of the team installing residential/light commercial concrete coatings
- Prep, grind, shotblast, repair minor cracks and pits, mix and apply concrete coatings (brush, squeegee, roller)
- Be a team-player to deliver professional results
Hours:
typically 8am-5pm; some days might be longer or shorter, just depends on the job. We are booked out approximately 2months so there's plenty of work to be done. Experience we're looking for- Experience in coatings, flooring, painting, or construction preferred
- Valid driver's license + reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50+ lbs + work in hot/cold environments
- Attention to detail + experience with hand tools and commercial machinery is a plus, but not required. We can train you! Why join us?
