As a Commercial Roofer , you will play an essential role in hands-on roof installation, maintenance, and repairs. Under the direct supervision of a Commercial Roofing Foreman, you'll work alongside experienced professionals while learning new roofing systems and techniques. What You'll Do:

Install new roofing systems on commercial, industrial, and multifamily buildings. Inspect roofs, identify issues, and work with the team to implement effective repair solutions. Assist with measuring roofs and calculating materials needed for each project. Remove and dispose of old roofing materials while ensuring that the completed roof is watertight. Work on both low-slope and steep-slope roofs, installing shingles, tiles, and other roofing materials. Install vapor barriers, insulation, and related roof components to ensure long-lasting durability. Learn to install roof-related metal flashings such as drip edges, coping caps, and counter flashings. Assist with the installation of various roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, and Metal Roofing. Maintain job site cleanliness, ensuring it's prepared for the application of new roofing materials. Install or repair skylights, gutters, downspouts, and drainage systems to prevent water damage.

What We're Looking For:

Commercial roofing experience (or similar experience). Familiarity with hand tools, measuring tapes, and general roofing practices. Willingness to learn and grow your skills in various roofing systems and safety practices. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, following direction and supporting others. Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather conditions and heights. Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure high-quality, watertight results. A strong commitment to safety, with a willingness to follow OSHA and safety guidelines.

Skills & Requirements:

Basic knowledge of roofing installation and safety procedures. Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts, including weekends as needed. Must be reliable and punctual. Ability to lift, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites. OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willing to obtain). Additional safety or manufacturer certifications are a plus.
