This role requires a broad skill set across various trades, including carpentry, masonry, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, and more. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing multiple tasks on diverse construction projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of construction tasks including framing, roofing, masonry, concrete finishing, tile laying, and drywall installation. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned duties. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute projects accurately. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations. Manage concrete forming, plastering, stucco application, caulking, and trim carpentry tasks. Install doors, cabinets, glass, flooring, and perform remodeling or restoration work as needed. Operate heavy equipment safely for site preparation and material handling. Collaborate with project managers and team members to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, or related fields. Familiarity with construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus. Hands-on experience with blueprint reading and schematics interpretation. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques. Prior construction site experience demonstrating knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures. Ability to adapt quickly to different tasks and environments while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
