Residential Construction Field Technician Rareform is seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Field Technician to support our residential construction projects throughout the Valley. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, staying active, solving problems, and contributing to high-quality custom homes and renovations. Responsibilities Material pickups, deliveries, and job site logistics Job site cleaning, organization, and maintenance Install and maintain temporary protection materials Assist with basic wood framing and finish carpentry Minor drywall patching and finishing Interior and exterior painting touch up Finish hardware installation and adjustments Digging, grading, and general site labor Basic irrigation repairs and troubleshooting Punch list completion and quality control items Assist project managers with daily field tasks Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site environment Direct general laborers when needed To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
