Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Remodeling Apprentice and kick-start your career in the construction and renovation industry! This paid apprenticeship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn essential skills in remodeling, carpentry, and construction management. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of residential and commercial renovation projects, gaining valuable experience in blueprint reading, material fabrication, and site safety. If you're eager to build a solid foundation in construction while working on exciting projects, this role is perfect for you! Duties Assist with demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing work on remodeling projects Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, sanding, and assembly Support the installation of cabinetry, flooring, tile, trim carpentry, and door hanging Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to understand project scope and specifications Help with concrete forming, masonry work, stucco application, and roofing tasks as needed Participate in construction site inspections to ensure safety standards are maintained Collaborate with team members on heavy equipment operation and material fabrication processes Qualifications Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in construction Strong interest in learning construction techniques such as framing, drywall, masonry, and roofing Ability to follow instructions carefully and work safely on-site Prior experience or familiarity with construction site environments is a plus but not required Willingness to learn blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings Good physical stamina to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform manual tasks throughout the day Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward ongoing learning and development Embark on a rewarding journey in construction with us!
