This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise across a variety of trades, contributing to diverse projects that range from commercial builds to renovation and restoration efforts. As a key member of our crew, you will bring precision, craftsmanship, and a proactive attitude to every task, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your hands-on experience and technical knowledge will help us deliver exceptional results for our clients and community. Duties Perform a wide range of skilled construction tasks including carpentry, masonry, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, and finishing trades such as drywall, plastering, and painting. Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively on various job sites. Support restoration projects by performing demolition, concrete forming, caulking, hardscape installation, and other specialized trades. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools (e.g., hammers, saws), power tools (e.g., drills, grinders), and heavy equipment operation for various trades. Ability to perform construction inspection duties ensuring quality control across all phases of work. Experience working on diverse construction sites with safety-conscious practices; ability to operate scaffolding or ladders safely is essential.
