In this role, you will be hands on in helping finishing units, touching up paint, drywall, fixtures, etc. You will also coordinate with trades and project teams to facilitate timely corrections as needed. Your expertise will help us deliver flawless results, enhance client satisfaction, and uphold safety and quality benchmarks across all phases of construction. Duties Conduct thorough punchlist inspections, verifying completion of work according to plans, specifications, and safety standards. Help turn over units by assisting in the punchlist tasks. Collaborate closely with subcontractors, project managers, and site supervisors to communicate punchlist items clearly and prioritize repairs for efficient project progression. Utilize Procore or excel, track punchlist status, and generate comprehensive reports for project documentation. Assist in coordinating repair schedules by scheduling tradespeople for fixture installation, painting touch-ups, concrete finishing, or masonry work as needed. Support project closeout processes by verifying that all punchlist items are completed satisfactorily before final approval. Skills Proficient in a wide range of handyman services such as painting, drywall patching, caulking and minor repairs. Proficiency in Procore software and/or Excel for digital plan review and punchlist management. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and inspection procedures. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment safely on construction sites. Excellent attention to detail in identifying issues such as caulking gaps or door hanging misalignments; capable of documenting issues precisely. Strong communication skills for coordinating with multiple tradespeople.
