This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in residential framing and carpentry while learning directly from experienced professionals on active job sites. The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, physically capable, willing to learn, and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced construction environment. No advanced framing experience is required, but basic construction knowledge and a strong work ethic are highly preferred. We are looking for someone local, punctual, team-oriented, and interested in steady long-term work and skill development. Requirements 0-2 years of construction or labor experience preferred Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools Willingness to learn residential wood framing and carpentry Ability to follow instructions and work safely on job sites Reliable transportation and punctuality required Valid Driver's License preferred Must be physically capable of lifting heavy materials and performing construction labor daily Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work well with a team Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in construction, framing, roofing, landscaping, or general labor Familiarity with construction safety practices Ability to use tape measures and basic carpentry tools Eagerness to grow within the company and learn skilled trades Stable work history preferred Responsibilities Assist framers with residential wood framing projects Carry, organize, and prepare construction materials Use hand tools and power tools safely under supervision Help build walls, floors, roof systems, and other framing components Maintain clean and organized job sites Load and unload materials and equipment Follow safety procedures and company standards Support the crew in completing projects efficiently and on schedule Schedule Full-time Weekends as needed Overtime available Commute / Relocation Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Orange, CA 92867. Relocation before starting work is required if living outside the local area.
