The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in residential and commercial metal roofing systems, crew management, job site coordination, and quality control. Responsibilities Lead and supervise roofing crews on residential and some commercial roofing projects. Install and oversee the installation of all types of roofing systems, including standing seam, exposed fastener, other metal roofing systems and composition shingles Read and interpret plans, specifications, and project requirements. Coordinate daily job site activities, materials, equipment, and labor resources. Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining high workmanship standards. Train, mentor, and develop crew members in proper roofing techniques and safety procedures. Conduct quality inspections throughout installation and at project completion. Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, inspectors, and subcontractors. Troubleshoot installation challenges and develop solutions in the field. Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards. Complete daily reports, material tracking, and project documentation. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of roofing experience, with significant experience installing metal roofing systems. Minimum 2 years of crew leadership or foreman experience. Expert knowledge of standing seam, corrugated, and exposed fastener metal roof systems. Experience with roof flashing, waterproofing, underlayment installation, and weatherproofing details. Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and roofing best practices. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly. Preferred Qualifications Experience with solar-ready roofing systems. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
