Job Description
Job Summary Roadrunner Exterminating is a growing pest control and construction company serving the greater Orange County area. In addition to pest control services, we specialize in wood repair and structural construction — from termite damage restoration to full framing and subfloor replacement. We take pride in quality work, a dependable team, and keeping our customers' homes in solid shape. Responsibilities Termite and dry rot wood replacement (siding, fascia, framing, eaves, window & door frames) Subfloor and structural repairs Interior and exterior carpentry — small jobs and large ones Work alongside pest control technicians on job sites Keep a clean, safe job site Drive company vehicles safely to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety guidelines Experience This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for experienced carpenters who can hit the ground running. Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on carpentry or construction experience — required Proven ability to perform framing, wood replacement, and finish carpentry independently — required Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and tight spaces Valid CA driver's license with a clean record Reliable, punctual, and a team player Ability to lift 50+ lbs
