In this role, you will be responsible for transforming bathrooms through expert craftsmanship, precise installation, and attention to detail. Your expertise will help clients realize their vision of a beautiful, efficient, and durable space. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse remodeling projects, utilizing a broad skill set to deliver exceptional results that exceed expectations. Responsibilities Demolish existing bathroom fixtures and surfaces safely and efficiently while maintaining site cleanliness. Install new plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, and related piping systems with precision. Apply drywall, plastering, and cement finishing techniques to prepare surfaces for final finishes. Install tiles, flooring, cabinetry, trim carpentry, and glass elements to create a polished look. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials according to blueprints and schematics. Conduct construction inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. Operate heavy equipment as needed for demolition or material handling on-site. Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide installation processes in alignment with design plans. Perform caulking, painting, stucco application, masonry work, and other finishing touches that elevate the quality of the remodel. Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure timely completion of projects within scope. Qualifications Proven experience in bathroom remodeling or related construction fields with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and construction estimating. Skilled in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry (including framing and trim), tile laying, concrete finishing, masonry, and roofing. Familiarity with Bluebeam software for digital plan review and project documentation is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers; power tools including tile cutters and grinders; heavy equipment operation is advantageous. Knowledge of construction management practices and construction site safety protocols. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills during installation challenges or unforeseen issues.
