Duties/Key Responsibilities:

Roof Preparation :

Clean, repair, and prepare roof surfaces for coating application.

Coating Application :

Apply a variety of specialized roof coatings (e.g., silicone, acrylic, polyurethane) using appropriate tools (ensuring proper adhesion) and techniques.

Material Selection :

Understand different roofing materials and weather patterns to select the right type of coating for durability and performance.

Quality Assurance :

Ensure the coating provides adequate protection, enhances energy efficiency, and prevents leaks.

Safety Compliance :

Adhere to strict safety protocols and use safety equipment when working at heights.

Equipment Operation :

Operate specialized application and spray equipment.

Site Clean-up :

Maintain a clean and organized worksite after each project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise :

In-depth knowledge of surface preparation, product application techniques, and different roof coating systems.

Material Knowledge :

Understanding of various roofing materials and the properties of different coatings.

Workmanship :

Strong attention to detail and precision in the application process.

Safety Awareness :

Thorough understanding of working at heights and safety best practices.

Physical Stamina :

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.

Teamwork :

Ability to work effectively as part of a small team to complete projects. A valid driver's license Work authorization to work in the U.S.A. No Criminal record Reliable Vehicle (Truck) Must present yourself professionally Must be trainable, possess a great winning attitude and be a true team player (we are a family owned company and our culture is critical) Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and overcome objections Experience with preparing and applying specialized coatings like acrylic, silicone, or polyurethane to commercial, residential, and industrial roofs to extend lifespan, improve energy efficiency, and prevent leaks
