Window Cleaning Technician

We are hiring a Window Cleaning Technician for residential exterior window cleaning using professional water-fed pole systems and DI (deionized) water equipment. This is a physically active, outdoor, performance-based role . You will be working in residential homes, often for several hours per job.

Pay Structure:

25% commission per completed job Typical job: $300-$400 Typical earnings: $150-$250/day (2 jobs/day possible)

Bonus & Tip Opportunities:

Keep tips and a $20 bonus for a 5-star review $50 bonus after first 2 weeks (meeting performance standards) $100 bonus after 30 days (") $500 bonus after 60 days (")

Responsibilities:

Clean exterior windows using a water-fed pole system Set up and manage hoses and DI tank equipment Clean and reinstall window screens Work efficiently to complete multiple jobs per day Maintain a professional and respectful presence with customers Follow job instructions and ensure quality work on every job

Qualifications:
