Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of installation tasks across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of construction techniques and materials, contributing directly to the successful delivery of our clients' visions. Duties Install a wide range of fixtures, cabinetry, glass, doors, trim carpentry, and other building components according to blueprints and schematics. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively on construction sites. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation plans. Conduct construction inspection and quality checks during installation processes to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Perform concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, roofing, plastering, stucco application, and flooring or tile laying as required by project scope. Manage construction site activities including restoration work, drywall installation, caulking, framing, welding, and remodeling tasks. Coordinate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of installation phases while maintaining safety protocols. Experience Proven experience in construction site work with a strong background in blueprint reading and schematic interpretation. Hands-on experience with construction management principles and estimating processes is highly desirable. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques. Knowledge of various construction disciplines such as plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, carpentry (including trim carpentry), roofing, drywall installation, and restoration. Familiarity with Bluebeam software or similar digital markup tools is a plus for reviewing plans and schematics. Prior experience in construction inspection or quality control roles is advantageous.
