Depends on experience E Squared Roofing is seeking Experienced Residential & Commercial Foreman to join our growing team in Chipley, FL. With years of experience in the roofing industry, we are known for delivering high-quality roofing services. We are looking for reliable and skilled Foreman & Supervisors who can bring their expertise to work on a variety of roofing projects.Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems, including flat roofs, TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and more.
- Perform roof inspections, identify issues, and recommend repairs or replacements.
- Accurately measure and cut roofing materials to ensure proper installation.
- Apply roofing materials, including membranes, sealants, coatings, and other components.
- Lead and supervise a crew of laborers and helpers, ensuring work is completed on time and according to safety standards.
- Ensure roofing projects are completed in compliance with all company policies and industry standards.
- Manage job site organization, ensuring the workspace is safe, clean, and efficient.
- Troubleshoot and repair roofing leaks, damage, and other issues.
- Use and maintain roofing tools and equipment, ensuring they are in safe working condition.
- Adhere to all safety standards and work in accordance with safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential & commercial roofing (minimum 3+ years preferred).
- Experience with various commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and others.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and safety practices.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to different job sites.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
