Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Roof Repair Helper to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will assist experienced roofers in repairing, maintaining, and installing roofing systems. Your energy and enthusiasm will contribute to delivering high-quality roofing solutions efficiently and safely. Duties Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding equipment Support the preparation of roofing surfaces by cleaning, removing debris, and applying necessary materials such as caulking or underlayment Help with heavy lifting of roofing materials, equipment, and tools to ensure smooth workflow on-site Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment at all times Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, or construction plans related to roofing projects Aid in the setup of scaffolding or framing structures needed for roof access or repairs Support the team with miscellaneous tasks including minor carpentry, trim work, or masonry as required for restoration projects Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in roofing is preferred but not required; we value eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques is advantageous Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, or technical drawings is a plus Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor in outdoor environments demonstrates your readiness for this role Any handyman experience or skills in carpentry, metal stud framing, plumbing, masonry, or welding will be considered beneficial for supporting diverse project needs Join us if you're ready to build your career in construction while helping deliver durable roofs that stand the test of time!
