Job Description
Job Summary Residential construction and property maintenance company managing and maintaining a large portfolio of rental properties throughout Central Florida. We are seeking an experienced Roofer to join our team and help maintain, repair, and replace roofing systems on single-family homes, mobile homes, and multi-family properties. Responsibilities Perform roof repairs, maintenance, and full roof replacements Install and repair shingle, metal, and flat roofing systems Identify roof leaks and determine proper repair methods Replace damaged decking, fascia, soffit, and flashing as needed Conduct roof inspections and provide repair recommendations Ensure all work meets Florida building codes and company standards Safely operate roofing tools and equipment Maintain a clean and organized job site Work efficiently while delivering high-quality workmanship Qualifications Minimum 5 years of roofing experience preferred Experience with shingle and metal roofing systems required Knowledge of roof leak detection and repair techniques required Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions Must be comfortable working at heights and on ladders Ability to lift 80+ pounds Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ability to work independently and as part of a team
