We are looking for motivated individuals with hands-on construction experience who take pride in quality craftsmanship and professionalism on the job site. This position is ideal for pool enclosure installers, roofers, stucco or fasica specialist, screeners, or general tradesmen looking for steady work and strong earning potential. What You'll Be Working On Qualified team members will assist with the installation, repair, and construction of: Pool Enclosures Screen Enclosures Composite Roof Porches Back Patio Wraps Front Foyers & Entryways Acrylic & Vinyl Window Systems Motorized Screens Aluminum Outdoor Structures Projects are completed throughout Brevard County, Indian River County, and surrounding areas. Requirements Previous experience in aluminum construction, screening, carpentry, framing, or related trades Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely Reliable transportation Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset Ability to read plans or construction layouts is a plus Pay & Compensation Aluminum Builders are paid a percentage per completed project Experienced crew leads can earn $100,000+ annually Consistent year-round work Growth opportunities within the company This is NOT an independent contractor position.
