- Aluminum & Screen Enclosure Installers North Florida Screen Enclosures is seeking reliable, motivated, and hardworking individuals to join our growing team. Experience in aluminum construction, screen enclosures, or related trades is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Position Responsibilities:

Prefabricate and install screen rooms, pool enclosures, lanais, railings, and other aluminum/patio products Repair and refurbish existing screen enclosures and aluminum structures Load, unload, and properly handle materials, tools, and equipment Maintain a clean and professional job site Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment Represent the company professionally, honestly, and respectfully at all times Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude Construction or screen enclosure experience is a plus, but not required
