This role is for skilled professionals only. Applicants must have verifiable hands-on experience and be able to complete jobs independently without supervision.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in TV mounting and low-voltage installations
• Ability to cover all upfront job-related expenses
• Ownership of a cargo or work van capable of transporting 85"+ TVs
• Ownership of professional-grade installation tools
• Strong knowledge of wall types (drywall, concrete, brick, metal studs)
• Solid understanding of stud finding, anchors, load ratings, and mounting systems
• Licensed and insured
• Valid driver's license for all workers
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Contractors operating under their own LLC must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)

Work Details:

• Residential and light commercial installations
• Consistent work available for qualified contractors

Compensation:

• $150-$300 per day, based on workload and experience
• Net 45 payment terms
• 1099 contract work only
