We're expanding in the Tampa market and looking for skilled Commercial Roofing Crews and experienced Foremen with Torch and TPO system experience . If you're a seasoned foreman ready to lead or a commercial roofer looking for steady work and long-term growth, we want you on our team! What You'll Do Install and repair Torch-down and TPO commercial roofing systems (as well as coatings, single-ply, built-up, and more) Safely remove existing roofing and prepare surfaces for new materials Set up and maintain safety equipment, ladders, and scaffolds Lead or assist crews in day-to-day commercial roofing operations Ensure high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget Keep job sites safe, clean, and organized

What We're Looking For Foremen:

Proven leadership on commercial projects; ability to manage crews & ensure OSHA compliance

Roofers/Laborers:
