Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute construction tasks accurately. Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to perform tasks such as concrete finishing, masonry, roofing, and framing. Install doors, windows, cabinets, flooring, tile, stucco, and other building components with precision. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Perform demolition, restoration, remodeling, and renovation work across various sites. Use hand tools and fabrication techniques for carpentry, trim carpentry, caulking, plastering, and glass installation. Manage construction site activities including layout, site preparation, heavy equipment operation, and site cleanup. Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with knowledge of construction management principles. Skilled in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for diverse trades such as plumbing, electrical systems, and masonry. Proficiency with Bluebeam software or similar digital markup tools is preferred. Hands-on experience with various construction techniques including concrete forming, drywall installation, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, and welding. Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently; familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus. Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
