LICENSED General Contractor

Placidity Pro Painting is looking for a licensed General Contractor, Building Contractor, or Residential Contractor to partner with us on exterior repair and improvement projects in Palm Beach County. We are primarily a painting and exterior transformation company, but some projects require permitted siding, sheathing, exterior wall repair, trim replacement, Hardie board, T1-11, vinyl siding, fascia, soffit, or related structural/exterior work. We are looking for a reliable contractor who can legally pull permits when required, manage code-compliant installation, and coordinate with our team so the painting and finishing work can be completed properly. Scope of Work May Include Hardie board siding installation or replacement T1-11 siding replacement Vinyl siding installation or repairs Wood rot repair Exterior wall sheathing repairs Fascia and soffit repair/replacement Exterior trim replacement Permit-required exterior and interior repairs Coordination with painting and finishing crews Final prep before primer/paint/stain Requirements Active Florida GC, Building Contractor, Residential Contractor, or locally accepted license for this type of work Ability to pull permits when required General liability insurance Workers' compensation coverage or valid exemption Experience with exterior siding, sheathing, trim, and repair work Must communicate clearly and professionally Must be able to provide photos/documentation of completed stages Must follow agreed scope — no on-site price games or surprise changes without approval Must be reliable, organized, and respectful with homeowners Preferred Experience with James Hardie / fiber cement siding Experience with T1-11 and exterior wood siding Experience working with painting companies or renovation crews Ability to help assess whether work is repair, replacement, or permit-required Availability for projects in Palm Beach Gardens, West Palm Beach, Jupiter, Lake Worth, Boynton Beach, and surrounding areas How This Works This is not a full-time employee position. We are looking for a licensed contractor partner for project-based work. We bring in exterior painting and repair opportunities, and we need a qualified contractor to handle the permitted or license-required portions of the work. Compensation is project-based and discussed per job.
